What is Flatfish?
Flatfish is a fish in the order of pleuronectiforms. Fish are extremely unusual and besides being valuable food fish, flat fish are also subject to intensive scientific control. Meeting with the flat will never be forgotten because the fish look really bizarre. Many species are also quite tasty, which makes flatfish normal inclusion in the restaurant menu and in cases of fish. The color of the flat fish allows them to hide along the sandy or rocky floor of water bodies. The non -detecting food overhead becomes easy prey.
