What is SEMLA?
Sweet pastry is popular in Nordic cuisine. Smola, referred to as Fastlagsbulle those who speak Swedish, are round, light, air buns or bread. It can be served simple or, after being released, the bun can be filled with jam or marizpan. This pastry is often presented with coffee or in a bowl of warm milk at breakfast or as a sweet delicacy when it has a filling.
The name semla comes from the flour of semolina, which is used to produce delicate pastry. It is a yeast role that derives a large part of its distinctive taste from the spice of cardamom. Rolls is allowed enough to climb, giving them lightness that increases their uniqueness.

Its purpose was to offer a cultural initiative that would encourage people to learn about the cultures of the European Union nations. Smola was proudly delivered in this date in participating cafes throughout Europe and was widely announced as a Sweet success.
