What is Subdivize?
Subdivize is a concept with which most people in North America are familiar because they live in one. Subdivize concerns the act of distributing large areas of land into areas that are easier to develop and sell, and also into the completed area. The division of housing is also commonly known as a salary.
Subdivize, as we know, was started for the first time in 1926, when the Advisory Committee for Planning and Spatial Planning was created by the Standard City Planning Act (Scpea). Scpea was responsible for defining the subdivisses and the organization of plans that have since created many cities and black neighborhoods in which we live today. Scpea defines "subdivision" as any plot or land that is divided into two or more land or land for sale and/or development.
After Scpea was created, cities, cities and communities began to develop in record numbers. Rural areas began to evolve to include several homes Lots.
