What is Beetroot Chutney?

Prostney Beetroot is a paste or robust sauce made of beetroot and usually divided beans, chili, curry and tamarind. It is a sweet and spicy spice, which is common in South Asian cuisine, although the varieties of beet chuture can be found around the world. Like most chutneys, it can be served fresh or canned and can accompany meat or bread. When it is ready without much sugar, Chutney Beetroot is considered a healthy and interesting supplement to eat.

This type of chutney is popular in Indian cuisine and is therefore commonly served on fermented rice and lentils such as DOSA or Idli. However, the beet chutrum can be added creatively to any food. The popular variations on the Strajey Beetroot include beetroot and rhubarb, beet and orange. It is most commonly considered to be spicy and sweet compliment with spicy food, but can also appear in desserts.

Chodney Beetroot often benefits from pre -preparation. The preparation allows you to mix different spices and become more complex. Strajney can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator or can be preserved and maintained. PThe preparation should be remembered by monitoring sterile preservation techniques.

The primary ingredient in Beetroot Strach is of course beets. Beet or beta vulgaris is most often red, although beets can also be yellow or white. Beets are quite sweet and some varieties are actually a source of processed white sugar. Despite their natural sweet taste, beets are generally considered quite healthy because they have a high content of antioxidants, potassium and vitamin C. It is also assumed that they will reduce blood pressure.
