What is chicken fried steak?

In relation to global cuisine, chicken is fried steak very similar to the Austrian food Wiener Schnitzel. Schnitzel is also known as Milanesa in Latin America and Colps in Scotland, similarly fried and made of beef or veal. Some varieties are also fried with breadcrumbs. It should be noted that some places also apply to Salisbury steak, which consists of chopped beef covered with brown sauce, such as rural steak.
