What is Chinese chicken salad?

Chinese chicken salad is a popular lunch or dinner in the United States (US) with a history that extends up to the 30th year. Modern recipes for Chinese chicken salad often include the ingredients of the famous version of Wolfgang Puck in this dish. This includes the bed of Roman salad with crushed chicken, vegetables, almonds and crispy fried noodles. Dressing consists more of a sesame and a ginger -based mixture than a traditional mustard or mayonnaise base. Some American fast food chains sell a similar version of this this.

Chinese chicken salad may also include dli salads of oakpriced by Chinese spices. They consist of pieces of cooked chicken in combination with mayonnaise, almonds and soybeans, ginger or sesame bandages. This meal can be served on bread or biscuits or placed on a single salad leaf for receiving.

Every restaurant that prepares this food relies on a slightly different recipe and many of them add their own unique ingredients based on regional preferences. Some use mandarin orange slices for a citrus twist, while others use peanut sauce or crushed peanuts. Crispy fried won-tones and bean sprouts can also be used to add crunch to this salad.
