What is chocolate syrup?

Maybe your ice cream looks a bit simple without designing it or would you like a cream of eggs? Either of them is celebrated with the addition of chocolate syrup, a mixture of cocoa, sugar, usually with a high content of corn syrup of fructose and a number of other ingredients depending on the brand. Hershey's® was one of the first brands to introduce syrup in the US, starting with the version of the fountain for adding egg creams, soda or milk in 1926, and then two years later created a canned form for home use. Other companies like Bosco® soon joined Fray because chocolate syrup became a popular addition at home and at the fountains and dinner Soda. However, companies have resulted in huge popularity, and various brands have been used for anything from ice cream closing to delicious chocolate milk, made simply by mixus -volume chocolate syrup and milk. Since the syrup was already sweetened, it makes it easier to make things like hot cocoa or cold chocolateMilk made it easier. You didn't have to play with trying to harmonize cocoa, so it shortened the time to prepare.

Today's chocolate syrups come in many different types. For example, you can get those that immediately form a shell when they come into contact with the ice cream to create hard chocolate icing. Others are low fat, dietary or have added other flavors. Unlike early cans, they also maintain a long time in the refrigerator. So if you can save with your chocolate syrup, which may be difficult to do, it will usually leave it for several months.

You cannot pretend that chocolate syrup is actually good for you. In fact, when scientists learn more about the negative effects of corn syrup with a high content of fructose, it is quite debatable whether chocolate syrup should be consumed regularly. Yet in competition with other beverage mixes such as ovaltine®today are some chocolate syrups fortified vitamins and/or minerals. For a child, it may make sense to use them, especially if it increases milk consumption. On the other hand, the fortifications do not reduce calories for those who follow their passports. Like any sweet thing, chocolate syrup can only be the best for occasional leniency.

If you do not have a syrup at home and you can not get to the store, most cookbooks and certainly the Internet, have recipes for making syrup at home. It is usually a combination of white sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and milk or butter. The freshly made hot syrup provides a fantastic hot fondat bay for homemade ice cream, or much would be argued, almost anything else you remember!
