What is Cross Training?

Finding an exercise regime that you enjoy can seem to be a rare finding, but your exercise will be even more profitable if you add cross training to your routine. Cross training adds a variety to your exercise or athletic activity, rather than always do the same. Whether your favorite activity is running, cycling, swimming, weightlifting, pilates or just taking a dog for a walk, cross training will improve your performance in this activity while expanding your skills in various other exercise modes.
A good training plan may not be complicated; Simply create a schedule that will alternate with different muscle groups and stretching routines.
