What is fitness water?
Fitness Water is now produced and sold by a number of companies. Among them is probably the best known is Gatorade's Propel® Fitness Water. If you look, you will find many other brands, many with different ingredients and flavors, and most of them claim to be better than drinking ordinary water.
Some types of condition are flavored. For example, propel® comes in more than ten flavors and contains electrolytes, sugar, splenda or sukralosis and many other ingredients. Other types claim to help burning fat by adding various herbs. Green tea extract is particularly popular because it adds some caffeine to the water that can slightly increase energy and physical production for those who work.
You really have to look at some of the different brands of fitness water to see what they contain. SOOBE® LIFEWATER® is extremely different from propel. If you notice nutritional information, Lifewater has a portion of 50 calories, but a bottle of things gives you 2.5 portions NEbo basically 125 calories. Although this water contains vitamins and electrolytes, unlike clean water, it is relatively high in calories.
, on the other hand, the propel® cuts calories by adding splenda® and has about 10 calories per portion. There are more than one in the container again, so drinking the entire NOPEL® bottle adds about 30 calories to your diet. This amount is negligible, but some people are cautious in front of artificial sweeteners, especially in the light of studies that indicate that soda diet can get people to gain weight. Note that most of the dietary soda studied contained aspartames and not sukralosis (Strážce®).
While you can buy some fitness water at the bottle, other types are available in small packets that can be added to the water of your choice. Thje's a little cheaper way to consume this flavored water and can allow you to use metal bottles more gentle to lifeEnvironment instead of buying more plastic. There was a significant argument about the use of plastic bottles for water of any type and some cities in the US have banned the sale of plastic bottles.
Some believe that fitness water is just a marketing technique. Others claim that some people have drinking water problems, but if the water is flavored, they will drink more. If you use fitness water, read the ingredients. You should not give young children types improved with caffeine and some herbs in more natural brands, may be concerned if you have certain health conditions or for some medicines. For example, if you take thinner Coumadin® (warfarin), you want to monitor the amount of vitamin K in any type of fitness water you use.
