What is FLAMICHE?

FLAMIChe is a type of lees cake or cake that is similar to Quiche and was originally made in the Picarda area in northern France on the Belgian border. The most basic form of the bowl is the cake shell, which was filled with a pore tied egg and cream mixture, and then boiled until the bark has brown. FLAMICE Variations include adding cheese to pores, as well as nutmeg, other vegetables or bacon. The finished cake has a slight taste and interesting combination of textures that can accompany heavier meat meals. Generally, generic dough is used, although there are also recipes that use a yeast dough or briocho dough. The type of dough that is most often required is made of flour, water, butter and eggs. This dough is then quickly baked with weight at the top, so the liquid carries it to dissolve or remain unread.

The main filling of FLAMIChe is traditionally a pore. An important stepM in the production of the cake is to ensure that the pores are properly cleaned and cut. The way the leeks grow means that some dirt or sand can get into the stems during development when developing, becoming rooted inside the vegetables. The poles should be cleaned in half or longitudinally and then washed under running water until all gravel was removed. After cleaning, the white and light green parts of the pore are cut into small pieces.
