What is Gheimhe?

Gheimeh is a type of Iranian divided peas, which often includes lamb or beef. It is usually served with ordinary white rice, gheimeh is also decorated with domestic French fries. This stew is also referred to as Khoresht Gheimeh , in Persian cuisine. The peas are soaked several hours before cooking.
