What is the mango pudding?

Mango Pudding is a type of pudding made of mango fruit that is popular in parts of China, Thailand and India. In China, this pudding is most often found in DIM SUM restaurants. Refreshing, chilled dessert, mango pudding is also easy to manufacture at home. The fruit can be fresh, canned or a combination of both. Canned mangoes can sometimes be found whole or in the form of puree or pulp. However, only high -quality canned fruit should be used in this pudding.

When using fresh mangoes, the fruit must be properly ripe. Manga is first peeled and chopped and the seeds are removed. Then they are in the mixer of porridge or cleaned for use in gelatin.
