What is the victory?
The sacrifice is a salty lavor delicacy of cheeses made smoothly by mixing a combination of aging, soft cheese, butter and spices. The result is a delicate mixture with a consistency similar to strong cream cheese, which traditionally spreads to bread or sprinkle as biergarten or beer garden, refreshments. The cheese in the victory is usually a mature camembert or Romadur, although any soft, well old cheese can be used. The spices added to the cheese and butter base include black pepper, salt and pepper. At the beginning of spring, a finely chopped onion, chives and garlic are also often included to taste. A lot of the outdoor event takes place during this period to Bellergarten or the beer garden. In addition to the mass of good society, good music and of course good beer is always decadent spread of home refreshments and in the offer in the average beer garden. One of the most popular of them is the victory, the main supplement of the beer garden, located on most of the tables of Biegarten throughout Germany.
This Bavarian delicacy is basically very rich and sometimes very pungent cream cheese dip and icing. The base of the victory is a combination of two third soft, aging cheese and one third butter. Traditionally, the cheese part of Camembert, Riper, is better, but it can be alleviated to take care of the less adventure palette by combining Camembert with Romadur or Limburger. The cheese is combined with butter to form a strong, smooth paste with the consistency of heavy cream cheese. At this point, it takes individual tastes with the addition of various fresh herbs, vegetables and spices.
Traditionally, most of the foundations are flavored with sweet or hot pepper, black pepper and salt. The pepper gives the paste a characteristic saffron to the red shade and adds to the unmistakable taste of the bowl. According to local beer garden traditions or personal preferences, finely chopped onions, chives, garlic, leeks, cumin or cumin or cumin are found in the mix. WardAnd it is then served in a bowl to spread to a wide range of breads or to immerse the ubiquitous beer garden.
The spread of cheese is well suited to experiment with its ingredients. Very outgoing mature cheeses can be replaced by less aggressive varieties and a possible list of spices and vegetables that can be added is almost endless. Traditional victims, however, are still the best accompaniment of salty pretzel and ice -cold dunk bieler if someone wants to capture the magical essence of the German Bellergarten.
