What is lifting strength?

Power Rifting is a competitive sport that includes lifting a large amount of weight in three different activities. Lifting energy includes squat, bench press and deadlift. Unlike the Olympic weightlifting, the lifting of power focuses primarily on the amount of weight that can be lifted directly, with a small focus on accuracy or technique. The genesis of lifting power as a sport can be traced until the beginning of the 20th century, when it was primarily practiced in New York. The new generation of power jacks, born from earlier Silosmanism exhibitions, focused on lifting the most weight they could, and showed their fitness in different positions.
