What is Quibebe?

Quibebe is a walnut -based soup popular in Brazil. In its native country, the soup is often served as the predecessor of a larger entra and Eacutee. Squash walnut out is the main ingredient in Quibebe and tasty accompanying accompaniment, such as onions and peppers, is often added to the bowl. Food originated in the northeast Brazil and, like many recipes that have been for centuries, there are many variations for its preparation. Brazilian families often have specialized recipes that have been passed from generation to generation. Quibebe is always served hot.

The basis of all real quibebe is a nut. Squash is peeled and chopped into small squares. The ingredients are combined in a large pot before serving and some liquid can be added to the warehouse fluid to add its consistency.

Brazilian cuisine often varies according to the region, depending on the availability of crops in a particular part of the country.
