What is Streusel?
Strusel is a watering added to different types of pastry and bread. It can also refer to a specific type of Brioše pastry with a creamy filling or icing. However, the more common use of the word refers to the decaying liberally sprinkled muffins, cakes and cakes, especially coffeecakes.
