What is Syrniki?
Syrniki are a type of small Russian cheese cakes usually made of cottage cheese. Traditionally breakfast food, these tasty courts are sweet enough to serve as a dessert. Although the basic ingredients for Syrniki are the same, small changes in ingredients, quantities and preparations are usually used to produce Syrniki . Farmers cheese, uncontrolled cheese similar to consistency as cream cheese or ricotta, is usually used unless creation .
