What is Taoist Tai Chi ™?

Taoist Tai Chi ™ is a form of Tai Chi, which includes adherence to a set of basic principles of movement in performing the prescribed set of exercises used in this form of Tai Chi. A total of 108 movements consist of a set of Taoists Tai Chi ™, which begins with the opening poses and ends with the final poses.
