What is the whole bean coffee?
coffee passes through several phases of production before the consumer. The whole bean coffee is best defined as coffee that has undergone every phase of production except grinding. The production phase include collection, sorting, pension, fermentation, drying and roasting. The first phase of coffee production involves sorting berries that eliminates immature or undersized berries. Furthermore, the machines apply for berries, ferment seeds and rinse the seeds thoroughly. The seeds or coffee beans are then released before entering the baking phase. Once the coffee beans are baked, they are packed with an airtight seal and sent to the consumer as the whole coffee on the beans. The grinding of the whole bean coffee is not as easy as throwing beans into the grinder and letting them grind them for a while. Different cooking methods require a different grinding of coffee.
