Managers' abilities represent the knowledge and skills that the individual uses to fulfill his duties. Although it may be necessary to skill to operate the company or cast a position, several skills often increase to the top for managers. Successful managers usually show hard and soft skills. The most important manager skills include the ability to drive differences and changes, a strong strategic vision, the ability to motivate and decide. In most managerial positions, a combination of these skills is often present or necessary. Accounting, marketing, six sigs or corporate financial skills are among the most common. Compared to hard skills, soft skills are more intermediate. Communication, negotiation and motivation are among the most common soft skills used by managers.

Differences Management is a necessary skill because managers often solve a wide range of problems in society. Regional, personal and language differences are often among the most common in the businessor. The manager will not know many times what problems will arise during his day. The ability to manage any items from a wide range of options will place this skill on the top of a potentially long list.

Secondary ability to control differences is to master change. Although this may seem like extremely similar manager skills, there are several differences. Management of changes is the ability to change business operations to maintain the company relevant in the economy. Strategic vision requires the manager to look forward to, not over. Rather than a continuous focus on past success, the manager's skills must include the ability to enjoy forward. Motivation is one of the most common soft skills that the manager will use with employees. Individuals may be unprepared or do not want to complete the project. Managers must find a way to encourage and motivate these employees to perform the required tasks. Motivation is either internal or external, such as positive comments or providing bonuses for the most difficult workers.

Insecution is another skill necessary for decision -making on management. Rather than simply continue the analysis phase, managers' skills dictate quick decisions as soon as all information is at hand. Decisivency is also necessary to make changes in a situation where new information appears. This ensures that the company is always ready for various problems that appear in the company management.
