Third -party administrator (TPA) is a company that is externally processed for the purpose of processing the benefits for employee insurance or claims on behalf of the employer. TPA is often hired by a company that itself owns its employees or the insurance company itself to process its demands. These functions are often externally entered for health and liability insurance.
