Others feel that they do not actually relate to guilds and that they have arisen as a natural reaction to a cisor workplaceE. These people are responsible for representing the Union's collective interests when negotiating with the owner or employer of the company. Administrators usually work on the spot and ensure that the members are not exploited and that the terms of their contracts are fulfilled, while the representatives bring problems to the negotiating table during negotiations.
Negotiation negotiations usually lead to specified principles concerning the benefits of employees, working hours and other important issues. In the workplace, where non -ionized employees work together with trade union organizations, some of these agreements can also cover these workers. The Union will also represent the needs of individual employees, which helps to decide when an employee has a dispute over wages, working hours and simmer problems with his employer.
