What is change management?

Management management is a defined, standardized process used in the management of information technology services to coordinate and check all changes made in existing technical production solutions.

Each organization can create its own management process based on relative size and resources of employees. Changes management is usually the responsibility of the head of the Information Technology Department. The standard process is a standard feature and processes used in most companies surrounding changes. As soon as the management management is approved, it involves the actual implementation of this change, along with the impact monitoring, creating a summary message updating status of the request to change in a wider tracking system.

The purpose of the management process is a systematic method of evaluating the requirements for change, priority determination, resource planning for implementation and a suitable level of support. The change process includes all changes for hardware, software, documentation and support procedures.

Administration Council must approve any requests for change management. Functional departments and managers are responsible for reviewing proposals at the request for change and all connected documents. These advice are called Advisory Board or Managing Committees.
