What is emergenetics?

Emergenetics is a tool used to achieve the profile of behavioral and human thought characteristics. Companies and businesses are often used to profile Emergenetics as a recruitment tool to assess whether applicants are suitable for a particular type of job or whether they fit into a particular team. Emergenetics is also often used for educational purposes and relies strongly on behavior psychology. These qualities and behavior are then modified and changed by life and social surroundings. The person has essentially genetic properties that are affected by the environment. For centuries, psychologists and philosophers have been certain that behavior existed only as a result of the environment, but the research study began to indicate that human behavior is a combination of genetics and the environment. Today, most psychologists recognize it and environment, or nature and education, form the behavioral and cognitive characteristics of each person.

Four attributes of thinking of emergenetics can be divided as follows. Analytical thinking, marked as blue, is our rational, factual and skeptical way of thinking. Structural thinking, marked as green, is our practical and cautious way of thinking. Social thinking marked as red, refers to our social awareness and how we interact with other people. Conceptual thinking, marked as yellow, is our imaginative and conceptual way of thinking.

Three behavioral Attributes, all marked purple, are expressiveness, assertiveness and flexibility. Expressivity describes whether a person is an extrovert or an introvert. Assertiveness measures how passive or aggressive can be. Flexibility takes into account its views and the ability to roarSew the needs of the other as well as how decisive and how open the proposal is.

Each of these attributes can be measured independently of others, but then they can be mixed to provide the overall picture. Emergenetics is a palette of colors that together portray the personality image when mixed.

EMERGENETICS test is open to the debate on validity. It is the most popular among psychometric testers who are paid by companies to use them as a recruitment tool. The biggest mistake in the test lies on the person who performs the test. If the questions are not answered 100% truthfully, the test will be wrong. Many people answer questions to adapt to the ideal, which they believe that the recruitment company is looking for.

It is also known that reckless testers allow candidates to test if it is not satisfied with the results. The human element will always be a defect in any type of psychometric testing, but if the test is true, Emergenetics can provide a relatively accurate picture.
