Under what conditions can I apply for a house safety appraisal?

The first-level house quality appraisal agency shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The registered capital is not less than 2 million yuan;
(2) Engaged in house safety appraisal for more than 5 years, undertaken large-scale house safety appraisal projects, performed the duties of a house appraisal agency, and did not have a major quality accident. Enjoy good social credibility;
(3) The person in charge of technology shall have a senior professional title of building structure or related professional, and have engaged in house safety appraisal or engineering quality inspection, construction engineering technology, and architectural design for more than 10 years;
(4) No less than 15 professional and technical personnel. Among them, there are 10 majors in building structure and construction engineering (including 2 national-level registered structural engineers), 1 in geology, and 2 in building materials and construction equipment. The above personnel have been engaged in house safety appraisal or construction engineering quality inspection, construction engineering technology, and architectural design for more than 5 years, and not less than 70% of those with intermediate technical titles or above;
(5) There is a special laboratory for house safety appraisal and testing. Have a fixed workplace and necessary technical equipment and instruments;
(6) Obtained ISO9000 standard quality system certification.
The second-level house quality appraisal agency shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The registered capital is not less than 1 million yuan;
(2) Has been engaged in house safety appraisal for more than 4 years, has a house appraisal performance, performs the duties of a house appraisal agency, and has not experienced a major quality accident. Enjoy good social credibility;
(3) The person in charge of technology shall have an intermediate or higher professional title (including intermediate level) in building structure or related majors, and have more than 5 years of work experience in building safety appraisal or engineering quality inspection, construction engineering technology, and architectural design;
(4) No less than 8 professional and technical personnel. Among them, there are 6 majors in building structure, construction engineering, 1 major in building materials, and 1 major in construction equipment. The above personnel have been engaged in house safety appraisal or construction engineering quality inspection, construction engineering technology, and architectural design for more than 5 years, and not less than 60% of those with intermediate or higher technical titles;
(5) Having a fixed work place and necessary technical equipment and instruments.
The third-level house quality appraisal agency shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The registered capital is not less than 500,000 yuan;
(2) Engaged in house safety appraisal for more than 3 years, have a house appraisal performance, perform the duties of a house appraisal agency, and have not experienced a major quality accident. Enjoy good social credibility;
(3) The person in charge of technology shall have at least a middle-level professional title (including middle-level) in building structure or related majors, and have worked in housing safety appraisal or engineering quality inspection, construction engineering technology, and architectural design for more than 3 years;
(4) No less than 5 professional and technical personnel. Among them, there are 3 majors in building structure and 2 majors in building materials. The above personnel have been engaged in house safety appraisal or construction engineering quality inspection, construction engineering technology, and architectural design for more than 3 years, and not less than 50% of personnel with intermediate or higher technical titles;
(5) Having a fixed work place and necessary technical equipment and instruments.
