What does an IT coach do?

Information technology (IT) is an individual who is primarily responsible for the development of the educational programs related to them and coordinating training based on technologies for company employees. The main corporations often employ at least one IT coach, and smaller companies often hire self -employed trainers on the basis of a contract. The complexity of IT training depends on industry because scientific and technology companies require employees to have a more thorough understanding than companies in other fields. Companies often require an IT coach to have a university degree in information technology, computer engineering or computer science. Companies that require employees to have basic understanding often hire coaches with the title in education or for teaching facilities. Small companies sometimes combine the work of IT trainer with IT supporting one or more individuals to manage the company's network and providing training for other employees. The company can develop several versions of the same basic training that are adapted to the needs of employees who perform different working functions. Coaches have to get acquainted with computer programs used by employees to teach new employees, how to navigate systems and how to solve problems and potential defects.
