How can I motivate myself?

When you feel less than motivated, it can be easy to lag in your work, personal life and aspirations. When this mood hits, it is important to dig deep down and find a way to stretch through it to become a motivated person you want to be. Even if you can get the help of others at times, you have to motivate yourself to do what you need and want to do. For example, if your final goal is to perform 5K run, run half a mile without stopping the first level of success. This may not be achieved at once, but in a piece.
