4. List the scenes that can cause you tension and fear, in order from light to heavy (the more specific, the better the details), copy them to different cards, and put the scenes that will not scare you the most. Foremost, put the ones that scare you the last, and arrange the cards in order.
5. When you imagine the scene that scares you the most and you do nt feel blushing, you can then perform on-site training in order from light to heavy. If you feel uneasy and nervous at the scene, let yourself take a deep breath to relax and fight until Stop being afraid and nervous.
6. When your dark phobia is more serious, and you can't cure it by the above methods, you can choose to adjust it, and you will get the expected results. [2]
