What Is a Circadian Rhythm Disorder?

Sleep rhythm disorder refers to the spontaneous violation of the normal rhythm of the patient's sleep rhythm, that is, the patient easily falls asleep during the day, and it is difficult to fall asleep during the normal sleep period at night. Sleep rhythm disorders include six subtypes of sleep phase backward type, sleep phase forward type, sleep-wake irregular type, free rhythm type, jet lag syndrome, and shift work type.
