What is the driving of anger?

Anger control concerns therapeutic strategies that allow people to overcome excess feelings of anger and not to act destructive impulses that can cause anger. Anger management is often successful to the extent that people are really willing to solve their feelings of anger. Also, the diagnosis of basic conditions causing excessive anger, such as severe depression, anxiety disorder or bipolar conditions, can be made to identify those people who might need drugs to fully recover. Certainly it is possible for most people to control their anger and the CBT model has a good success when people actively accept their process.
