What is powerful attention?

Powerful attention is the term used to describe one of the main components of the person's work memory. It is characterized by the ability to effectively block out of distraction and at the same time focus on one object or task. In psychology, executive attention is often studied in the field of working memory and it is just one of several attention theories. In everyday life, there is powerful attention that many people focus on when trying to improve memory and productivity.

The working memory is the type of memory that people use to perform conscious tasks. It is also useful for solving problems because it allows memories of relevant and useful data. Executive attention is required to ignore unnecessary incoming stimuli that could otherwise distract the mind and not keep it useful information.

There are at least five main types of attention that experts have identified in memory and attention. Touch -touched are focused, permanent and selective attention, that all require more cognitive efforts than the remaining two types that are alternate and distributed. Among these five types, focused attention would be considered focused attention.

Improving powerful attention is often the aim of people who show weaknesses in memory and attention. Without conscious control of this cognitive effort, people tend to experience the poor level of productivity. In addition to easily distraction, people who do not have powerful attention tend to try to set and achieve goals and also find difficulty learning new concepts.

Scientist who studies attention and memory found that this type of attention is beginning to evolve in childhood and continues to early adulthood. It also seems that a type of growth of this type of attention between the second and the seven -year of human life appears. Scientists believe that problems with its development are reported in children in whom they are diagnosedattention disorder with hyperactivity at the same age.

The main purpose of powerful attention is to filter and remove unnecessary data and stimuli from the foreground of human consciousness and allow important and useful information for later use. In the complete or almost complete absence of this filter, people can be amazed by stimuli and also show problems with behavior. However, research does not mean that the lack or poor powerful memory corresponds to the level of human intelligence.
