What Is Lotus Meditation?

One of Hatha Yoga asanas is a common yoga asana. This is an ideal posture for meditation and concentration. There are many benefits to this yoga movement. For example, to relax you physically and mentally, increase awareness and attention, activate certain parts and functions of the body, and maintain or help develop a good posture.

Lotus

1. Sit on the ground with your legs straight.
2. Bend your right knee, hold your right foot with your hand and place it near the base of your left thigh, so that your right heel is near your navel.
3. Bend your left leg again, hold your left foot with your hand and place it on the base of your right thigh.
-Calm the brain
-Stimulate the pelvis, spine,
-Ankle injury
-Knee injury
-For beginners, please do not try the lotus pose without the guidance of an experienced yoga instructor.
