What is mild depression?
mild depression is a psychiatric condition with symptoms similar to main depressive disorder (MDD), commonly called main depression , clinical depression , or simply depression . If less than five symptoms are present and the patient does not experience large depressive episodes, as defined in the current edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (DSM), then the patient suffers from slight depression. Drugs usually take the form of a selective serotonin reuptide (SSRI), antidepressant type, sometimes in combination with mood stabilizer or anti-unknown drug.
