What is the fourth chakra?

This chakra, or spiritual energy center, is said to be located above the bone of the breast and is considered to be the seat of loving and intuitive feelings. The energy of the fourth chakra is considered to be the energy of emotional integrity, trust, love, forgiveness and compassion. It is assumed that emotional traumas will hurt the fourth chakra. People who experience blockages or imbalances in the fourth chakra can face negative emotions such as fear, depression, loneliness, shyness, hatred, jealousy and anger.
