What is ITIL® Service Management?

Information technology management (ITIL®) Service management is a set of proven information technology managers (IT) to provide consistent quality services in their companies. ITIL® is a collection of training manuals and books that IT managers use to teach these proven procedures. Companies place ITIL® administration to save money and time. According to ITIL®, this is the most widely used solution for proven IT service management procedures.
