How do I treat MCL?
Knee is one of the most often injured parts of the body, especially for athletes. The sprain of media collateral ligament (MCL) may be painful and serious injury. If you want to treat MCL sprains, you should seek medical care immediately. Secure your knee with orthosis and ice to keep swelling down and stay as much as possible from the injured leg as long as the doctor is evaluated. Recovery from MCL sprains can take weeks or months of physical therapy.
