What is an experiential therapy?
Experience therapy is difficult to define because it can include a number of therapeutic methods aimed at re -establishing experience in an environment that allows the unconscious mind to appear more to begin to occur between conscious and unconscious. There are many ways to practice experiential therapy, and even the therapists dedicated to this type of work. The main idea in any of the therapies used is that simply "speaking" may not be enough to solve problems. Talking in conjunction with something else can be more efficient at the same time.
There are a number of predecessors of experience therapy. These include gestalt therapy, which often assumed that the therapy combined with the event would be more successful. Gestalt therapy often draws attention to the actions of people (knocking on their legs, shrug) on traditional therapeutic sessions as a way of looking at the whole expression of the person, which is restricted to Verbal Laugay. Other precursors of adventure therapy include workAt the beginning of the 20th century Jacob Levy Moren, who developed a psychodrama, a method for enacting problems instead of discussing them. Along the way, many other advisors and doctors have added other methods to experience therapy and therapists can use one or many of these methods in practice.
Sometimes in the case of adventure therapy as an effect with therapy or therapeutic effect, but the action may not be huge. They could include drawing in discussion about something, hypnosis, therapeutic methods such as desensitization and overwrinking eye movement (EMDR) or acting in "drama" species. On the other hand, some adventure therapists may have much more active access. People could undergo "therapy" in navigation in the rope course and ride a horse or create a statue.
people who work on demanding problems often say that know what they should do but somewhere deep in SVIt can not really know . The therapy theory is that experience can reflect on a deeper level of knowledge. This has some merit when people think of the number of interviews they have that they quickly forget. However, if something reveals when action occurs, it can remain in mind.
Many therapists practice experiential therapy and also used by many types of clinics and equipment. Mental health hospitals offer various therapies throughout the day that are experiential, such as art therapy. Medical devices for addiction and things such as eating disorders can be based on experiential methods.
