What is the kum nye?

kum nye is a form of yoga developed in Tibet. Also known as Tibetan yoga, consists of a number of movements and positions designed to relax the body and allow connection with the larger world. Practicing of this type of yoga increases physical power using different positions and can also be used as a healing art.
