What is Viva?
Vivation is a meditation technique aimed at increasing happiness. The advocates suggest that happiness is skills and that the chances of this skill can be happier and better appreciate life. Vivace was presented for the first time by teacher Jim Leonard in 1979, drawing on a number of other meditation practices. Leonard described Vivaci as a kinesthetic technique, a process that works at the level of feelings and feelings.
According to the principles of vivation, emotions and feelings are not negative, only the thoughts and opinions that are connected to them can be negative. Through a process called integration, experts focus on feelings or emotions without joining any value judgment. He claims that this leads to a more honest and pleasant experience.
This method of meditation relies on a set of main principles referred to as five elements. The first two elements are circular breathing and complete relaxation. The third element is aware of detail. The fourth is called integration into ecstasy, and the final principle is called "ABO inAs: willingness is enough. ”
According to Leonard, these elements can help participants to reduce stress, to deal with grief and improve relationships.
circular breathing in this context is not described by techniques used by musicians to make long notes about Woodwind and Brass Instruments. Instead, breathing is visualized as an uninterrupted circuit, unlike the two -stage "inhalation/exhalation" process. This element does not indicate that breathing should be actively inspected and rather states that the participant is released into circular breathing. The primary aim of this type of circular breathing is to stimulate two more elements: complete relaxation and attentionto the details.
complete relaxation encourages the participant to develop the ability to relax in any emotional state or in the presence of any feeling. This leads to the third element, attention to the details. In this relaxed state, the participant identifies any feeling that is the most acutely sense and focuses on this feeling. It avoids the judgments of quality or values and the feeling is examined as an experience that needs to be appreciated.
Recognition of experience leads to integration into ecstasy, the fourth element. According to this principle, feelings generally perceived as negative, such as anger, sadness or fear, should be accepted and accepted rather than avoid or resist. The conflict is rather than that feeling identified as Cause of Cistaries, and advocates say that by accepting all feelings to what they are, a richer and happier life can result in. The last element of vivation revolves around the idea that technology is not as important as the willingness to accept these elements and break away from the old conflict patternsktu and distress.
