What Is Sports Psychotherapy?
Motor psychotherapy refers to methods of psychotherapy and behavior correction. s. Designed by Schachter in 1974. Play in a way that simulates a sporty game in a real-life situation. The aim is to help patients who participate in group activities to recognize and examine their interactions with others, behavioral expressions, and emotional responses, and to promote new adaptive behaviors to replace poor interpersonal behaviors.
