How can I make a sauce?
There are many ways to make sauce. Although it is possible to be a dripping vegetable sauce, the meat -based version is more common. If you are looking for a very simple method, you may want to consider buying a finished version. This type is available in canned or condensed cubes or granules that can be reconstructed by adding liquid. However, if you plan to make a sauce using real bands of roast turkey, the sauce below serves a delicious sauce.
You will need the following items for this recipe:
- 5 cups (1.2 liters) of turkey stock, including drip from the pelvis
- 1.3 cups (0.3 liters) condensed chicken soup cream
Note: 1.3 cups or 0.3 liters are very close to the amount of condensed creams of chicken soup in one can.
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of poultry spice
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/3 cup of flour
- salt flavor
Once your Turkey has created the necessary drops, bring them to a boil in a large pot along with another turkey stock. Once you have the liquid during the cylindrical boil, stir the soup followed by the spices of poultry, pepper, garlic powder and salt. Some chefs find that several dashes of onion powder add a nice taste. You may need to experiment several times before you get a sauce recipe exactly as you want. If you like the taste of the onion, consider adding a little powder to the sauce at this stage.
After you have added condensed soup and spices, reduce the heat under the pan for low cooking. While the liquid cooks, heat the milk either in your microwave or on top of the stove. Once heated, whisk the flour until no lumps are left in the mixture. Then bring the sauce back to a boil before you slowly add a mixture of milk and flour. Do not only cook it for about one minute or until it thickens. Do not forget to burn it at this stage. SweatPut the sauce to your serving and serve it together with your turkey. Bon Appetit!
