What are the diet patterns?

Diet patterns are frames that people tend to follow in deciding what to eat. Many factors can dictate what people eat, and many of these factors overlap in different ways. In the treatment of a patient with a health condition that appears to be associated with the choice of diet, it may be important to understand the patterns that the patient follows. Recommendations for treatment may include adjusting these formulas to integrate different or more suitable foods. In the established pattern, they have known foods, methods of preparation and flavors tend to occur repeatedly.
