What are konjac noodles?

Konjac noodles are food similar to pasta made of bulbous cormur plants Konjac. Chefs in China were developed for the first time and are predominantly in many Asian cuisines. The Konjac Corm, from which the noodles derive, is highly fibrous, does not contain any carbohydrates and is a zero caloric food. Konjac noodles generally do not like wheat -based pasta, but it is often very similar and can use them interchangeably in many recipes. It cooks all over the world to praise conjac noodles for their health properties and generally "without guilt" in nature.

In China, where they believe that they were created, conjac noodles are called either moy or juro . Japanese chefs refer to them as konnyak or shirataki . All four of these words describe the same basic concept: noodles made of conjaca, usually in powder form.
