What are triglycerides with medium chain?

Middle chain triglycerides (MCT) are a type of fat. Fats derived from long -chain fatty acids contain at least 12 carbon atoms, while middle chain triglycerides have at least six carbon atoms and not more than ten. This chemical structure provides MCTS properties that were considered useful for people suffering from nutritional shortcomings due to certain health problems, athletes, epileptics and others. Middle chain triglycerides naturally occur in various proportions of coconut oil, palm core oil and some milk fats. Clean MCT can also be purchased in the form of an accessory.

There are no known contraindications of drugs with medium chain triglycerides and have safe rates for most healthy people. However, excess MCT intake has been found to increase cholesterol. Also, they should not be the only source of fat in the diet. Some long-chain fatty acids such as omega-6 are essential for health. MCTS has been found to have a series of potenCial of benefits due to their effect on metabolism and blood sugar. Middle chain triglycerides are easier to split than long -chain fatty acids, which is useful for some individuals whose bodies cannot properly absorb other fats. MCT has been found to increase metabolism, although significant weight loss would require extremely high daily consumption. Contemporary research also suggests that they increase slim tissue and at the same time reduce body fats.

Surprisingly, the middle chain triglycerides are lower in calories than other fats - around 8.3 calories per gram. It was found that even more than other fats have MCT on a satual effect on appetite, which can be useful for dieters. It was also found that consumption slightly reduces blood sugar.

The

high MCT diet causes the body to undergo a condition called ketosis. Found that ketosis is found to help controlT epileptic seizures in patients who do not respond to anticonvulsive drugs. Many athletes use MCT as a source of energy. Unlike other fats, the MCT is occupied by the liver without first being disassembled by bile acids secreted by the liver. In fact, the body processes them similarly to carbohydrates, but without the increase in blood sugar in the blood.

MCTS can disrupt digestion, so that initially they should be used in small quantities with other foods and gradually increase to the required amount. Natural MCT sources such as coconut oil can also be used for cooking and baking. Clean MCT in liquid accessories or capsules should not be heated.
