What are the cold soups?

Eating cold soups while eating can be a tasty and refreshing way to beat summer heat. Gazpacho and Vichyssoise are probably the two best known cold soups, but the possibilities are endless. Many types of vegetables or fruits can be used to produce cold soup, and cream, broth or combination can be a base. In addition to tomatoes, it is made of fresh summer vegetables such as peppers, cucumbers, celery and onions. Parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar and garlic usually taste soup. The ingredients can be combined in advance and left in the refrigerator to become even tastier. Containers that do not respond to the acidity of the ingredients should be used. This light -colored Spanish cold soup is made of almonds and fruit, but is not sweet. Garlic and vinegar give the soup spicy attraction. Some chefs add anchovičky and/nebroughnky to Ajoblanco. The fruit used varies, but apples, white grapes or melon are common.

Vichyssoise is a classic French cold soup and thatIt is what many people think when they think about consuming cold soups. The main ingredients are pores, onions, broth and heavy cream. There are many possible variations of Vichyssoise. Potatoes and carrots can be added. Gleed carrots or chopped chives can be used to decorate Vichyssoise.

Traditional Ukrainian borrowed Borscht is without meat and during the summer it is cold. This borscht often contains cabbage or beets and is one of the most dry cold soups. Boiled potatoes and bread can complete food. Sometimes dried fruit, cucumbers or boiled eggs also consume with Ukrainian fasting borscht.

Polish apricot soup or morelli are usually served as an appetizer of grilled meat or poultry. This sweet soup can also be a service as a dessert along with cookies. Polish apricot soup can be consumed hot or cold. Fresh apricots are combined with cHidden, water and lemon peel and lemon juice. Acid cream and croutons create a popular decoration for Moreli.

Scandinavian fruit soup is also called sot suppe or sweet soup. It is a sweet cold soup made of water, sugar, lemon juices, chilled grape juices and various dried fruit. Any combination of plums, raisins, currant and dried apricots can be used. Cinnamon stick is usually added for further taste.
