What are Hula-Hoop® exercises?
Exercise with Hula-Hoop® is a great way to get rid of several pounds and have fun. Hula-Hoops® are easy to find and are usually relatively cheap. If you choose or with a weighted Hula-Hoop® made for exercise, you can exercise with Hula-Hoops®.
