What are the five fitness components?

Five fitness components act as a standard for testing all aspects of physical fitness. The first three components, cardiorespiic endurance, muscle strength and muscle endurance, are engaged in the right exercise and maintaining vital systems and musculatures of the body. Flexibility helps properly operation of the muscles, while the composition of the body is the result of the corresponding training in the first three components. Each component represents a specific area of fitness necessary to maintain good health and for the body at an optimal level.

Fitness means more than just eating the right and exercise. To remain as healthy as possible, the human body must be constantly tested against five components of fitness. Periodic testing of each of the ingredients through a series of exercises and measurements is a good way to find out whether the body is as appropriate as it should be.

Cardiorespiratory endurance is the first of five components of fitness and one of the most important. It focuses on strengthening the heart and lungs that are key organs in the provision of tolito the necessary oxygen of the body. The aim of cardiorespiic endurance is not only to maintain the strength of the heart and lungs when it is calm, but also to ensure that both organs are able to operate for a long time when stress and other work are added. Failure to observe some form of cardiorespiratory endurance training can lead to an increased risk of heart disease and failure. Running or jogging is a good way to measure someone's cardiorespiratory endurance.

The other of five components of fitness is muscle. This is the ability of body muscles to develop considerable amounts of force for a small time. The muscle force is easily measured by lifting weights.

Muscle perseverance is an IRD thkomponent and refers to the body's ability to repeatedly perform tasks that do not require maximum available amount of force. It also refers to the ability to constantly apply strength to object or objects for a period of time. Muscle endurance can be tested by exercises that require a high number of repetitions such as push up, sit up or pull up.

Flexibility isPart of the condition to maximize the range of movement available for the joints of the body and from the muscles. Stretching can increase flexibility and should always be done before and after any energetic exercise. The fully flexible body has a lower risk of injuries related to muscles.

The last of the five components of the fitness is the composition of the body, indicating the amount of body fat present as the ratio of lean weight to fat. Body fat is any excess greasy mass that is not necessary to maintain the proper functioning. Measurement of body weight is not a good indicator of health and should not be used to determine the level of fitness. Instead, the body composition must be determined. To achieve a healthier body composition, it is important to monitor a balanced exercise regime that focuses on these fitness components.
