What is a 3 -day diet plan?

3 -day diet plan is a system that gives dieters to eat a very specific offer of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of three days. This diet plan is based on a combination of certain foods and a reduction in caloric intake. For the last day of the three -day diet plan, dieter can have a small apple, three salty biscuits and one piece of Cedar cheese. For lunch, the plan requires one hard boiled egg with a slice of toast. On the third day dinner consists of 1 cup (107 g) cauliflower, 1 cup (170 g) beet and 1 cup (154 g) tuna. Half of the melon and 1 cup (214 g) vanilla ice cream is available.

During the plan, dieters can consume as much black coffee or unsweetened tea as they like. Some versions suggest that the use of artificial sweeteners is acceptable, but others don't.
