What is a barista?

When visiting a bar or café in Italy, the customer could meet very well with a uniformed bartender called a barista. In Italy, this person is a trained mixologist familiar with alcohol -based and coffee drinks. He could even wear a complicated jacket similar to Bandmaster or a military officer. The barista is usually considered a recognized specialist, in the same spirit as the manager of the wine or sommelier. Barista in the sense of Coffeehouse is an expert in the production of espresso and espresso. A good barista also learns different techniques of ornaments, such as creating a Signatan designs with sticks and cream. There are national and international competitions that have put all these skills in the final test.
