What is the desert of food?

Food Desert is a region where citizens have small or no access to fresh healthy foods and the community has a large number of fast food equipment. Food deserts are commonly found in urban areas where food and other providers have been withdrawn in the suburbs, so that citizens have stuck and rely heavily on expensive corner stores with limited and heavily processed supplies.
